Christophe Kozma, an optician–optometrist and graduate of the Swiss School of Optics (ESSO), brings over 35 years of experience in Switzerland and the United States. He develops innovative optical products and leads a team advancing lens and frame technologies, integrating new hinge concepts. As a consultant, he also develops collections for other brands.

Reynald Besson is a Swiss-qualified lawyer with a degree from the University of Fribourg and a strong background in law, taxation, and corporate strategy. He began his career with international exposure in Tokyo and legal training at Borel & Barbey, before advising Swiss and global clients at KPMG. He later co-founded a boutique law firm focused on corporate and tax advisory. He has also held senior roles, notably as Head of Legal at a fintech and COO of a luxury brand, leading complex projects such as fundraising, restructuring, and international expansion. At RedNmore, he now supports innovative clients with strategic clarity and hands-on experience.
