Additive 3D technology
With our 3D additive manufacturing technology, we design frames from the ground up to be eco-conscious, ultra-light and long-lasting, using only the material that is actually needed, unlike traditional subtractive processes that machine from solid blocks and generate waste. The result: reduced environmental impact, greater precision and far more freedom in design.
Every geometry is engineered for performance: optimized thicknesses, lightweight structures and intelligent material distribution for minimal weight, perfect balance on the face and all-day comfort.
The temples, made from a beta-titanium–type alloy, are stainless, flexible and highly durable. Their colour is applied using a high-performance PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating, far more durable than traditional lacquers used in eyewear: better long-term colour stability, improved resistance to scratches, sweat and UV, with no solvents and no fragile topcoat that flakes over time.

Consume only what's necessary
Less is more
Our frames are made of polyamide. A material with ideal properties for eyewear production, stronger than the acetate usually used in the eyewear industry, lighter than titanium. Our glasses are extremely comfortable, lightweight, anti allergic, durable and sturdy.
Our ZYÖ frames are perfectly balanced thanks to their weight distribution, giving you that perfect feeling you’ve been looking for.

Service
Frames ship to the optician as a precise kit—3D-printed front, laser-cut beta-titanium temples with FlatMatic plug-in fixation, two temple-tip sleeves, and an optional double bridge (depending on the frame selected). Each pair is easy to customise in store: opticians assemble, set length/curve/tilt/balance, and can order components separately for a fully individualised frame. The sleeves come in two sizes to set temple length precisely during fitting. Design & Produce by ZYÖ and assemble by your optician.
